SENIOR IMPROVEMENT IMPLEMENTATION OFFICER
Job Description
- Ensure all design documents changes/improvements to business processes based on well-documented initiative priorities for implementation needs.
- Arrange implementation work activities towards process change/improvement initiatives below its coordination is comprehensively based priorities that have been set, to be sure implementation can run well.
- Carry out implementation together with related parties and ensure they understand the goals and comprehensive mastery regarding aspects of change/improvement of business processes.
- Analyze all data related to implementation required to perform measurement.
- Measuring the benefits regarding any changes/improvements to business processes and compare with the targets that have been achieved.
- Predetermined based on the results implementation of changes/improvements to business processes.
- Create a “Dashboard” related to progress in implementing the initiative changes/improvements to business processes.
- Communicate preparation and results implementation periodically to all stakeholders.
Qualification
- Understands the business processes of the multi-finance industries.
- Understands the concept of “Operational Excellence”.
- Ability to manage projects and understands processes of project governance.
- Have good interpersonal communication, adaptability and negotiation skills.
- Have an analytical, creative and thorough mindset.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Educational Requirement
- Candidates must at least possess a bachelor’s degree from any major with a minimum GPA 3,00.
